Drei Tools offen, fünf Datenstände, kein klarer Prozess. Das Ergebnis: Verzögerungen, Stress, unnötige Kosten. Am 25.03.2026 zeigen wir gemeinsam mit Intelizign, wie ein klarer Weg aus diesem Chaos aussieht: Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM) → Service Bill of Material (SBOM) → Service Execution. Was macht die Service Bill of Material so wichtig? Sie ist die aus der EBOM abgeleitete servicerelevante Stückliste – mit genau den Infos, die Service braucht: Ersatzteile, technische Dokumente sowie Logistik‑ und Lebenszyklusdaten. Damit wird die SBOM zur Basis, um später eine vollständige As‑Maintained‑Sicht der Installed Base aufzubauen. Das Ergebnis: weniger Silos, schnellere Planung, klare Zuständigkeiten – und echte End‑to‑End‑Prozesse vom Engineering bis in die Serviceausführung. 📅 25.
