Swarovski Performance Dialogue Enablement Project
This engaging and interactive learning experience consists of approximately 60 minutes of professionally produced video content broken up into 6 modules. The ILT sessions are four hours long (but can be broken up into smaller sessions for more flexible use), after each video module the moderators facilitate an interactive session with the participants to practice and integrate the techniques demonstrated in the videos. The online platform also makes web based ILT possible.

The ILT sessions are four hours long (but can be broken up into smaller sessions for more flexible use), after each video module the moderators facilitate an interactive session with the participants to practice and integrate the techniques demonstrated in the videos. The online platform also makes web based ILT possible.
The videos have been subtitled in 13 different languages and contain the following content:
• Understanding the Full Performance Cycle
• Preparing for the Performance Dialogue
• Effectively Giving and Receiving Feedback (Feedback is a Gift :)
• Setting S.M.A.R.T. Objectives
• Partnering to Create a Development Plan
• Keeping Performance Management Alive Throughout the Year
Each of the modules contained mixed modalities to keep the content moving and engaging:
− Interviews with a broad cross-section of Swarovski employees from first-time Line Managers to
Senior Executives across various functions and business units
− Role-plays with Swarovski Employees and Managers acting in improvisational scenarios of
typical situations that arise in conversations between Managers and Employees, with an
emphasis on effectively handling difficult situations
− Best practices and advice from a professional Performance Coach and Consultant
− Interesting animated graphical illustrations of technical information
Though just launched the project is being extremely well received and hailed as a huge success in the organization. In particular, demonstrating that Human Resources can deliver high quality, high touch projects that enable its clients in the business units to function more effectively, and thereby positively influence business results by more effectively engaging and managing talent.

ABB - Global IT Transformation Learning Project

Supported the Global Project Manager in developing learning content to populate a learning portal and training programs used to support ABB’s employees (100k+ globally) in transitioning from a Lotus Notes’ platform to Microsoft’s Office 365 virtual platform and services.
This was a complex project that involved both technological transformation and behavioral modification with the change of moving to working with data in a virtual environment.

Partnered with a global team of technology, information security, training and communications experts internally and externally (located in Switzerland, Poland, Italy, Portugal and the US) to develop training material that could be easily understood and implemented by even the most inexperienced users. Created content in a way that would facilitate users’ desire to positively adopt the changes in technology and manage data safely in a virtual environment.

Swiss Re - Emotional Intelligence/Active Listening Virtual Learning Program

Blended my expert content knowledge of best practices in Active Listening with technical business knowledge of in-house subject matter experts to design a course for the Swiss Re Academy that would improve the active listening skills of client-facing employees globally.
The core content was integrated with realistic business scenarios to create an authentic action learning experience for the participants.

The core content was integrated with realistic business scenarios to create an authentic action learning experience for the participants.
The program was innovative not only in its content, and also in how it was delivered: by telephone, email, Web Based Conference (WBC) and Telepresence. There was already a robust training program in place for face-to-face sales, and this program stressed the importance of having positive customer experiences for through virtual communications and for non-sales staff.
Successfully facilitated the pilot with participants from North America, Europe and Asia; and completed the development of the Global Training Set so that it would be integrated in to the Academy's 2015 curriculum.
