🚀 AFCEA Bonn 2026 Recap: Two days, countless conversations — and a very clear market signal. What remains are not only new connections, but concrete insights into where the defence and security landscape is heading. Some key observations stood out: 🔹 Drones & control systems were at the center of attention Interest in mission-ready drone solutions — especially around control, integration and scalability — was consistently high. The discussion is clearly shifting from “What is possible?” to “What reliably works in operation?” 🔹 Tactical Hub addresses a real market need Connected and interoperable systems were one of the dominant topics throughout the event. The central question: How can data, systems and operational effects be integrated in real time? 🔹 Core engineering topics need stronger positioning CI/CD, MLOps, testing and scaling remain technically critical — but were discussed far less actively. Our takeaway: not less relevant, but too rarely positioned as essential enablers within the larger operational ecosystem. Our conclusion: The market focus is shifting noticeably toward operational deployment, integration and execution speed. Less concept. More deployment under real-world conditions. 👉 Now the real work begins: follow-ups, deeper discussions and turning ideas into implementation.
