The energy landscape is accelerating at a rapid pace. From renewable energy to electrification, the way electricity is generated and used is becoming more dynamic and complex. However, it comes with its own challenges. Renewables introduce volatility. Electrification is driving unprecedented demand. Systems are becoming more interconnected, and downtime is less acceptable than ever. Traditional power distribution isn't built for this level of complexity. To keep up, we need a new generation of solutions that deliver: ✅ Precise, fast-acting protection ✅ Real-time visibility and control ✅ Higher efficiency and system availability ✅ Flexibility across AC and DC architectures This is where solid-state circuit breakers make the difference. They enable smarter, more responsive power distribution to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. Learn more: https://scom.ly/WDW8mRw

Did you know? Many mobile devices are power consumers and power providers? ⚡🔋 Modern devices like smartphones 📱, tablets, and power banks are becoming increasingly powerful while design, efficiency, and safety requirements continue to rise. Challenges such as limited PCB space, higher temperatures during fast charging, and the need for bidirectional power flow are now standard. 💡 This is exactly where the GaN bidirectional switch comes in: It enables seamless switching between charging and discharging (for example USB-C OTG) while ensuring reliable protection against overvoltage and short circuits without unwanted leakage currents. Key advantages of GaN bidirectional switches: A single device can replace two unidirectional switches in a back-to-back configuration. This can save up to 70 percent of space, significantly reduce heat generation, and greatly simplify system design. At the same time, the absence of a body diode ensures a true “off” state and maximum efficiency. ⚡ ℹ️ More performance with less complexity — ideal for the next generation of compact, high performance devices.
