𝐇𝐞𝐲𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰'𝐬 𝐎𝐌𝐑 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭 We attended OMR last week, representing Heyflow with 14 people on the ground in Hamburg with our own booth, a keynote opening the stage on Tuesday, and a masterclass for lead gen professionals on Wednesday. Our summary: 𝟏. 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞. Interacting with Heyflow via an AI interface – either within Heyflow or through AI clients – is increasingly asked for. In particular, people want the initial creation of funnels to be faster, more guided, with better initial results. Combining these capabilities with live editing, tracking and testing capabilities and full settings control is where we see the future heading – and so do our customers. 𝟐. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐚𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐭. Beyond security and reliability, proprietary data will likely be the defining advantage for many SaaS companies. Our co-founder Dustin Jaacks presented insights drawn from 350 million visitors and 35 million conversions, enriched with proven best practices from Meta's in-house funnel team. The key finding: averages lie to you. Classic lead gen funnels perform best at 8 to 10 pages before the conversion event, while pre-sales discovery funnels can run 30+ pages before prospects are truly ready to convert. → Want the full talk? Sales meetings exceeded our expectations. Alongside classic lead gen, eCommerce demand stood out: funnels are proving to lift shop conversion rates by warming up prospects and guiding them to the right product at the right time. Nadim Batista-Kuttab from Xevio backed this up in our masterclass with a case study showing how a pre-sales discovery funnel meaningfully increased conversion rates. 𝟒. 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 We brought the majority of our GTM team together in Hamburg. It felt great to reconnect, and we enjoyed a few side events both at the booth and during the evening activities. Thanks to our neighbors from Zurich Insurance, a few of us took on an unexpected team challenge at their container rappelling setup. After a brief moment of held breath, 3 out of 3 made it safely to the ground (Watch John Stephenson in action at 0:10 👆).
