🏆 Celebrating Team Fresenius – Our internal Else Kröner Award 2026   Yesterday, we once again shined a spotlight on the amazing people who bring our Fresenius Group Principles and our mission to improve and save lives to life every day.   Our internal Else Kröner Award honors the extraordinary dedication, creativity, and teamwork of colleagues across the company. And with more than 190 submissions, our teams clearly showed how much passion and ingenuity they put into driving positive change in healthcare.   Choosing just one winner per category was incredibly difficult. But five initiatives ultimately stood out.   Congratulations to the winning teams from Fresenius Kabi, Helios Kliniken GmbH, Quirónsalud and the Fresenius Group Functions. The Fresenius Supervisory Board has unanimously extended ahead of schedule the mandate of CEO Michael Sen (57) by five years, until 2031. This will help to ensure continuity in the company’s leadership for the next phase in its #FutureFresenius strategy. Furthermore, the Fresenius Supervisory Board has unanimously appointed Dr. Christian Pawlu (48) to the Fresenius Management Board, effective July 1, 2026. He will oversee the businesses of Fresenius Helios, which includes Quirónsalud in Spain and Helios in Germany. 🏆 Fresenius Apprentice Award 2025 – marking 13 years of celebrating outstanding talent! Fresenius has awarded its 67 top graduates across 23 locations in Germany – more than ever before. With more than 7,000 trainees and dual students nationwide and a training ratio of over 8%, Fresenius is among Germany’s largest and most innovative training companies.
