Let’s be honest, reading about Agentic AI on LinkedIn is one thing. hearing how companies are actually using it today and what they’ve learned along the way last year? That’s a whole new level. Yesterday at #AIWeek Frankfurt’s Cross-Industry Day was a refreshing reality check. I have been close to the AI progress in SMEs during the past year, now I finally got to see and hear how large corporates have actually implemented AI across their existing ecosystems. I had fantastic input from #Fraport, #Delltechnologies, and #Merck, and I was pleased to attend a superior panel discussion titled "Operationalising AI : Orchestrating Tools and Strategies for Measurable Impact"—featuring representatives form #Commerzbank, #Meta, #Merck and #Stada. For me this panel was so special not just because of the subject matter but also because it included a rare phenomena of having three experienced, inspiring #womenintech and a wonderful female moderator, who brought great questions to the table. The discussion conveyed both strategic clarity and light-hearted metaphors with the end quote : if AI would be your superhero, who would it be? bringing Flash for speed, Iron Man for an extra power, and Wonder Woman for added mastery and justice. it brought smiles on our faces and motivated me to generate the attached AI-generated photo. I can’t forget to mention a presentation by #Deka , showing how to nurture a culture that welcomes AI and empowers teams to collaborate with it naturally. this presentation struck a great balance between vision and practical execution. There was a lot to see and hear but also to experience #IBM interactive football game, which showcased a fascinating AI use case in sports. Special thanks to #AIHub for the community ticket — a great initiative that made it possible for us to be part of this inspiring day last year and this year as well. I’m heading back tomorrow for the #AIinFinance day, and I’m looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and reconnecting with the finance-focused side of the AI conversation.
