Our First Enter AI Hackathon – A Real Success! Last Friday, as part of our Christmas celebration, we hosted our very first 48h AI Hackathon – and the format proved to be a huge success. 🎉 AI is no longer a buzzword but one of the fastest-growing skills of our time. We don’t believe in AI Officers being solely responsible for enabling an AI-first mindset, but rather in truly empowering every single contributor to use and learn the tools themselfes. That’s why we’ll continue this format throughout 2026, enabling our teams to build AI automations and agent solutions for their own workflows - driving meaningful efficiency gains across the company. A big thank you to our jury: Niklas Buschner & Daniela Heil – and to all participants! In the evening, we not only celebrated the impressive hackathon results but also the strong finish of our November: Our transformation from the market leader in building energy consulting to the leading fully integrated marketplace for energy-efficient renovation is in full motion, with important milestones achieved and more already on the horizon. A big shoutout goes to the heart of our Company culture Birgit Marie Widowsky and her Team for this unforgetable Evening! 💘 Here’s to many more hackathons and a successful future at Enter! 💡✨

Dank der intensiven Transformation seit 2023 wächst unser Marktplatz rasant: Erstmals erzielen wir mehr Umsatz über das Marktplatzmodell als über unseren Inhouse-Service – bei über 80 % Wachstum zum Vormonat und deutlich gesteigerter Effizienz. Unsere Vision bleibt klar: maximale Transparenz für Hausbesitzer zu schaffen und Enter zur führenden Plattform für Home Electrification in Europa auszubauen. Der größte Dank gilt unserem Enter-Team, das diesen Erfolg trotz herausfordernder Marktbedingungen möglich gemacht hat. 2026 stehen entscheidende Meilensteine bevor. ------ We are closing November as one of the most successful months in Enter’s history. Thanks to the intensive transformation since 2023, our marketplace is growing rapidly: for the first time, we are generating more revenue through the marketplace model than through our in-house service – with over 80% month-over-month growth and significantly increased efficiency. Our vision remains clear: to create maximum transparency for homeowners and to grow Enter into the leading platform for home electrification in Europe. Our greatest thanks go to our team, which has made this success possible despite challenging market conditions. Pivotal milestones lie ahead in 2026.
