Letzte Woche hieß es für unser Team: zurück auf die „Schulbank“ 📚 Gemeinsam mit Günter Keilhammer – Bankexperte und Dozent für Bankfachwissen – sind wir drei Tage lang tief ins Bankgeschäft eingetaucht. Von den Basics bis zu aktuellen Themen im Retail- und Firmenkundengeschäft, Investment Banking sowie Regulatorik, Meldewesen und Risikomanagement. Klingt erstmal trocken? War es aber ganz und gar nicht! Stattdessen gab es: 👉 Praxisbeispiele mit direktem Bezug zum Projektalltag 👉 Austausch zwischen erfahrenen Kollegen und Neueinsteigern 👉 Diskussionen statt Frontalunterricht Egal ob neu im Beruf oder schon lange dabei, man entdeckt jedes Mal neue Zusammenhänge. Financial Services Jahresmeeting: Gemeinsam unsere Zukunft bauen.   Was hat Strategie mit LEGO® zu tun? Mehr als man denkt.   Bei unserem Jahresmeeting des Branchenbereichs Financial Services haben wir uns genau dieser Frage gestellt.   Der Tag begann mit einem Blick auf das vergangene Jahr und auf die zentralen Themen, die unsere Branche bewegen: Von AI 🤖 im Consulting bis zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Financial-Services-Portfolios. 💼   Ein besonderer Fokus lag auf unserer Vision 2027+ 🔮 und den Maßnahmen, mit denen wir diese Vision Schritt für Schritt Realität werden lassen. More than you might think.   At our Financial Services division’s annual meeting, we asked ourselves precisely this question.   The day began with a look back at the past year and the key issues shaping our industry: from AI 🤖 in consulting to the further development of our Financial Services portfolio. 💼   There was a particular focus on our Vision 2027+ 🔮 and the measures we are taking to turn this vision into reality, step by step. In the afternoon, strategy suddenly became very tangible: In the LEGO® SeriousPlay® workshop 🧱💡, our teams built, discussed and jointly developed visions of the future.   Why LEGO®? 🤔 Because complex ideas often become clearer when you make them visible 👀 and experience them together 🤝.   The results: 🧩 Lots of creative models and, above all, clear shared perspectives for the coming years. 🧭   Many thanks to all our colleagues for the open discussion, the energy and the many ideas. 🙌Now it’s time to put it into action. 🚀

Drei Kollegen. Ein Summit. Viele ehrliche Erkenntnisse. Beim Lobster Summit X in Rotterdam letzten Donnerstag waren wir als Team #CASAG vor Ort – und sind mit mehr zurückgekommen als nur Fotos und Eindrücken. Was uns besonders in Erinnerung geblieben ist: 👉 KI ist längst zur festen Größe im Business geworden – es ist eine Frage der Ausprägung. Und trotzdem sehen wir in Projekten immer wieder das Gleiche: Viele Proof of Concepts funktionieren, doch sobald KI auf echte, gewachsene Prozesse trifft, wird es schwierig. Genau das wurde auf dem Summit offen diskutiert – und bestätigt auch unsere Erfahrung aus Kundenprojekten: KI funktioniert nur so gut wie die Daten und Prozesse, in die sie eingebettet ist. Oder genauer gesagt: Keine sauberen Daten + keine klare Struktur = schnellerer Datenmüll. Was wir mitnehmen: 👉 Weg von reinen PoCs 👉 Hin zu echter Integration in bestehende Prozesse 👉 Fokus auf umsetzbare Use Cases statt Buzzwords 🦞 Danke an Lobster für den offenen Austausch und die starken Impulse. One summit. Lots of honest insights. We were there as Team CAS AG at the LOBSTER Summit X in Rotterdam last Thursday – and came back with more than just photos and impressions. What particularly stuck in our minds: 👉 AI has long since become an established part of business – it’s a question of how it’s implemented. And yet, time and again in projects, we see the same thing: Many proofs of concept work, but as soon as AI encounters real, established processes, things get tricky. This was discussed openly at the summit – and it also confirms our experience from client projects: AI is only as good as the data and processes it is embedded in. Or to put it more precisely: No clean data + no clear structure = data rubbish in no time. What we’re taking away: 👉 Away from pure PoCs 👉 Towards genuine integration into existing processes 👉 Focus on actionable use cases rather than buzzwords 🦞 Thanks to Lobster for the open exchange and the great insights.
