Audi Q3 takes the lead in its class ++ At the 50th anniversary of the Best Cars Award by auto motor und sport, the Audi Q3 emerged as the winner in the category “Compact SUVs/Off-Road Vehicles” – chosen by more than 94,000 readers of the German trade magazine. The Q3 impresses with its striking SUV character, digital and intuitive interior concept, and its wide range of efficient drivetrains – including a powerful plugin hybrid offering up to 119 kilometers of electric range. Multiple Audi models secured strong podium finishes across several categories – from the A1 and A3 to the A5 and Q2. A clear sign of the breadth and strength of our portfolio. Rethinking automation with AI robotics ++ The Audi Production Lab is reimagining automation – especially in places where it was once thought impossible. The lab is made up by a global team of engineers and innovators who dive deep into new technologies, exploring their potential for tomorrow’s manufacturing. Currently, they are working on more than 20 AI Robotics projects together with the Volkswagen Group. One example is our partnership with the Swiss startup mimic. Together, we’re uncovering the possibilities of flexible, learning-based automation enabled by #AI – especially in areas where traditional methods fall short. Recently, the project began testing a system trained to master intricate, multi-step assembly tasks, pushing the boundaries of what automation can achieve.
