Simulating worlds with AI just got a whole lot more powerful. NVIDIA Cosmos 3 launched today – and we've already taken a look around.    Agile Robots was among the first to get early access to NVIDIA Cosmos 3. The new World Foundation Model unifies synthetic world generation, vision reasoning, and action simulation. Our team has been testing it across our robotics portfolio, including with our Thor single- and dual-arm robots and the FR3 Duo, with a focus on simulation.    We've been exploring Cosmos 3 as a neural simulator: a learned world model that generates realistic environments and scenarios for testing and validating robot policies. Stress-testing edge cases, prototyping new capabilities, accelerating experimentation – all in simulation, before a robot ever reaches the factory floor.    Our goal: to integrate Cosmos 3 seamlessly into our platform so our customers can leverage these capabilities directly – for simulation, testing, training, and beyond.    The video shows how our robotic arms Thor 12 and FR3 already leverage training in NVIDIA Cosmos 3 to grasp a variety of objects with greater accuracy.    Congratulations to our friends and partners at NVIDIA – we are excited to see where Cosmos 3 leads!    A link to our full blog post is in the comments. #AgileRobots #NVIDIA #PhysicalAI #Robotics

What should a humanoid robot look like?    Close enough to us to fit into our world – but different enough that we trust it.   That balance is at the core of human-centered robot design. And it guided how we built Agile ONE, which we presented at munich creative business week.   Three principles shaped our approach:     1️⃣ The world is designed for humans.  We live in an environment shaped around human proportions, capabilities, and needs – from architecture and tools to interfaces and everyday objects.    2️⃣ Humanoids should not look fully human.  This is where the “uncanny valley” comes in – a well-known phenomenon describing the discomfort people feel when artificial figure appear almost, but not perfectly, human.    3️⃣ Humanoids are far from static.  A humanoid’s design and capabilities evolve through the challenges it faces and the tasks it performs, continuously learning, adapting, and improving over time.    That’s why we designed Agile ONE the way we did: approachable, intuitive, and clearly robotic. Its form is built to operate naturally in human environments, while its appearance communicates transparency and trust rather than imitation.     Thank you to everyone who came to see us last Thursday and thank you to MCBW for the great event.   If you would like to know more about Agile ONE, make sure to visit our website.   The link is in the comments.     #AgileRobots #Design #humanoid #PhysicalAI #MCBW

Day 3 at HANNOVER MESSE!   It’s not only Agile ONE that stands out, but also our AI-driven ecosystem.   Today, we’d like to focus on our Thor series.   On-site, we are showcasing a fully automated production line featuring the complete Thor series – Thor 3, 7, 12, and 20 – highlighting the unique capabilities of each robot.   We are also showcasing our vision-based tactile gripper mounted on a Thor 3, enabling autonomous cable handling, inspection, and insertion.   But that’s not it:   In addition to the live demonstrations, visitors could also hear expert perspectives on the future of manufacturing. Our humanoid robot is drawing large crowds while demonstrating its unique capabilities at HANNOVER MESSE.   In addition to regularly demonstrating its advanced locomotion on stage, it is also displaying its precise assembly skills in an automated micro factory.   That’s where Physical AI is on full display:   Powered by its robotic brain, based on our own Robotics Foundation Models, Agile ONE transforms “thought” into action: Its dexterous robotic hands, equipped with 21 degrees of freedom and integrated tactility, precisely pick up individual components and smoothly assemble mini robots.   But that’s not it!   You also have the chance to see what Agile ONE sees.   In one of our interactive applications, you can experience its intelligent perception live on screen.   The setup also makes the perfect spot for a selfie.
