Our company meeting on Wednesday opened with a clear message from Otakar Šuffner: Our vision remains the same, and the pace at which we are moving toward it is constantly accelerating! 🚀 We believe that the whole of the team always needs to push in the same direction. 💪 We have a clear framework for our Company Goals and regular rituals that ensure the entire team knows exactly where we’re headed and how we’re progressing toward our vision. That’s why we dedicated this online meeting for the entire team across the world to Q1 goals retrospective and outlining our priorities for the next part of the year. 📈 Beyond the traditional info on how the company is doing from Ota and Marek Vašíček, many others took the stage to guide us through our AI initiatives, security updates, and also new products that are still under wraps and much more for our traders! 👀 Marek wrapped up the session by reminding us that while we have ambitious goals ahead, it’s the energy and dedication of our team that truly sets us apart. 🤜🤛 A huge thank you to everyone who shared updates for their teams today: Ota, Marek, Radek Dyntar, Oliver Merva, Jan Vejmola, Michael Kamerman, Martin Kaspar CISA, CISM and Miroslav Pázler. It all started in one room! 🎉 Recently, our co-founder and CEO Otakar Šuffner spoke at two very special events of Komerční banka and Raiffeisenbank Česká republika, two of our most important banking partners. Ota took both audiences through the entire story of FTMO. 🎢 He shared pictures of our very first office, our very first team and the rest of the journey all the way to this day. 🖐️ Our team grew from two co-founders in one nearly-empty room to over 350 people in one of Prague’s top offices. 💹 FTMO became the leading force in modern prop trading with 3,5 million clients in 140+ countries. 💱 And thanks to the support of Komerční banka and Raiffeisenbank, we acquired OANDA just last year. We won the Asana Work Innovation Award in the category AI Innovation Partner in the EMEA region! 🎉 The award recognizes how FTMO integrated Asana’s AI Studio and AI Teammates to boost our productivity. Most importantly, we created an autonomous bug triage system that instantly categorizes incidents, saving our engineers a total of 670 hours of deep work. ✅ “FTMO is built on innovation. How to get a meaningful impact from AI? 🤔 Last week we had one of our regular internal meetups and the topic of choice couldn’t be clearer – 80 % of our engineers voted for #AI. A total of 56 team members both in the office and online joined a deep-dive session on how to implement AI in their daily workflows. Personal Knowledge & Automation ⚙️ Our Solution Architect, Michal Majer, demonstrated how to use LLMs to build and maintain a personal structured wiki. He also showcased his setup for connecting Asana, Google Chat, Calendar, and Email into a single AI-accessible workspace – automating tasks like morning briefings and cross-platform syncing. Engineering the Workflow 💻 Team Lead Martin Endršt then shifted the focus to the mechanics of agentic prompts. He broke down what actually happens at the API level during every interaction and why structure matters. He covered everything from system instructions, CLAUDE.md, rules, memory, skills and tools, to critical feedback loops, quality gates, and file-based checkpoints. And how to compose all prompt building blocks into reliable workflows. While the meetup was a great learning opportunity, it was still only one small part of a larger transformation. 🤖 AI is quickly becoming a must for any company and our team is constantly pushing forward to adopt AI and make it a natural part of their work. To encourage the process and get to meaningful results faster, we also started dedicating half a day each month to in-depth hands-on AI learning. 🤜🤛 But AI is reaching far beyond FTMO – that’s why we are also planning a series of public meetups that will be open to the wider community.
