Appreciate it.   Good to see Tomáš Salomon, Borkovec Petr, Jan Juchelka on the list as well.   Strong banking presence, and in our case also partners.   Hard not to think back to the early days of building our LinkedIn presence with Jiri Jambor and Jan Kysely, when the whole Dateio could still fit into one classroom.   Today, we’re 5× bigger, working with 70+ banks worldwide and impacting more than 183 million users through our data.   That’s what really matters.   There’s a lot that goes into this behind the scenes. #3 Behind the Apps | Inside Deutsche Bank How do data, APIs and AI actually work inside a global bank? In the latest Behind the Apps, I spoke with Kriti Jain from Deutsche Bank, who spends her days working with fintechs, platforms and internal teams across APAC & beyond. A few insights from the conversation: 1. Transaction data is often discussed through client-facing features, but its real value is internal. When shared across systems, it informs product decisions, operational analytics and risk monitoring. 2. Data collection is not the challenge. Scale exposes data fragmentation. Making sure teams operate on the same data foundation with shared standards and governance is critical. 3. APIs shape how systems interact and introduce architectural discipline. Teams design products and data flows with interoperability in mind from the start. 4. AI adoption is currently strongest in internal decision support, where faster information processing improves how teams operate. Ve střediscích jako Špindlerův Mlýn se tohle bohužel děje častěji, než si myslíme. Na co si dát pozor při výběru hotovosti z „cizího“ ATM (3rd party provider - v ČR cokoliv, co nenese brand banky): 💸 Skryté poplatky – fixní částka + % z výběru, často zobrazena nenápadně 🔄 Nevýhodný kurz (DCC) – nabídka „přepočtu na CZK“, která se tváří férově, ale není 🏧 ATM bez jasného označení provozovatele – typické hlavně v turistických lokalitách ⏱️ Tlak na rychlé rozhodnutí – málo času přečíst podmínky na obrazovce ❌ Žádná alternativa v okolí – pokud nevíš, kde je bankovní ATM, bereš první možnost 💡 Dobrá zpráva: jde to dělat i lépe a bezpečněji. Například Raiffeisenbank Česká republika pomáhá v aplikaci klientům najít nejbližší vhodné ATM, vyhnout se zbytečným poplatkům a mít lepší přehled ještě před výběrem.
