Capital Region Service Commission

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

The Capital Regional Service Commission functions as an advocate of community needs and adds value as a catalyst and co-ordinator of action between key urban and rural partners already doing important community building work.

The focus of effort will be on encouraging partnerships and collaborations, building on successes and efforts made to date, and shaping a collective vision for the community we wish to create together.

By working together, local partners in government, business, community-based organizations, engaged citizens, and those with lived experience will set priorities, identify assets, and develop a consistent approach to address those opportunities that will build a vibrant and sustainable community for all.
