Author Information

Author Registration Deadline: 25 February 2026

• Each Author Registration is valid for two paper submissions by the same author(s).
• The registered author is the presenting author. A registration transfer will be approved by the TPC Chairs if the registered author is unable to present and another qualified co-author will be approved.
• Registrations transfers must be requested by 13 March 2026 in writing to: s.cisneros@comsoc.org.
• Co-authors attending the conference must also have a registration. A non-author or student registration applies.
• Author registrations are non-refundable
• Each Author Paper Submission may contain up to 6 pages.
• If necessary, up to 2 additional pages can be purchased per paper for an additional fee of $100 per page.
• Each Workshop Author Paper Submission may contain up to 6 pages.
• If necessary, 1 additional pages can be purchased per Workshop paper for an additional fee of $100 per page.
• A $20 wire transfer fee will apply if selected as the form of payment.
• Guest attendees must be registered as non-author in order to attend the conference.
