Edit Form Submissions

Currently: It is not possible to edit someone’s form submission. So, if they make an incorrect entry, we cannot fix it. Ideal Functionality: It would be helpful if there was an option to edit form submissions. Perhaps it could be a setting at the form level, as not all use cases should be able to edit form responses. Use Case: We have a form for committees to select their recurring monthly meeting times. One committee misunderstood the question and selected 10 times, instead of 1 as they should have. We would like to be able to edit their submission to remove the additional options they selected so our final reporting is accurate. I can think of other use cases where this feature would be handy as well, if needed.

Automatic Inventory Update

Currently: It doesn’t appear that the product inventory updates when someone submits a form. Example: We have a product added to a form with an inventory of 1. When someone selects that product and submits the form the inventory is not updated (it remains at 1). So, the product is still showing as available for others to select. We have to go in and manually edit that product to reduce the inventory to 0. Ideal Functionality: It would be very helpful if the inventory would automatically update based on the form submission. Example: You have a form with a product that has an inventory of 1. When someone selects that product and submits the form, the inventory for that product automatically updates and reduces to 0 available. It should also account for cases where they select multiple quantities of the same product.

Custom Themes and Branding

There should 100% be a way to set up your brand colours, logo etc and save it as a custom theme or preset. This would ensure the whole team is creating forms that are following the same guidelines. Also currently if you for whatever reason change the colour scheme by accidentally clicking on one of the built-in themes, you will have to remember all the hex codes you used for each element to fix it. Refreshing the page would potentially cause you to lose actual changes you made on purpose.

Currency Format

It would be great to have the option to customize the currency format. For example, in PYG (Paraguayan GuaranĂ­), decimals are not used, and while some currencies use the period (.) or comma (,) as a decimal separator, PYG uses the period (.) as a thousands separator. Additionally, in many cases the currency code needs to be changed. For example, instead of displaying "PYG", the commonly used format is "Gs". In other cases, currencies like USD are usually displayed with the "$" symbol instead of the code "USD". Having the possibility to configure these formats would make the system more suitable for different countries and local currency standards.
