From inspiration to impact: LEONI AI Day 2026 Yesterday, colleagues from across LEONI came together in Kitzingen and online for our second AI Day 2026 – a full day dedicated to turning artificial intelligence into real business value. From strategic keynotes to hands-on breakout sessions, the event clearly showed: successful AI starts with strong data foundations and empowered people. Across the day, teams explored practical use cases, built chatbots, automated processes, and identified high-impact opportunities using Microsoft’s Power Platform. At the same time, real LEONI examples – from logistics to production – demonstrated how AI is already delivering measurable results today. A key message echoed throughout all sessions and discussions: AI is a collective effort. By strengthening our data excellence, fostering the right mindset, and encouraging curiosity, we are accelerating AI adoption across the organization. The highlight of the day: the LEONI AI Excellence Cup, awarded to the “Logistics Network GS” team – a powerful example of how AI can drive efficiency, optimize processes, and create real impact. A heartfelt thank you goes to all participants who joined on-site in Kitzingen and remotely. Special thanks goes to our external speakers Stephan Kneipp, Karsten Schulze (FDTech GmbH) and Mathias Kämmer (Microsoft) that contributed to made the second LEONI AI Day a truly interactive and inspiring event. Celebrating cultural diversity at LEONI 🌍 What makes a global team truly strong? At LEONI, it’s the people behind it. With around 86,000 employees across 21 countries, we bring together a wide range of cultures, perspectives and traditions. Every day, this diversity shapes how we collaborate, how we approach challenges and how we connect across borders. It shows in the way we communicate, in the ideas we share and in the traditions each person brings with them. To mark this day, we’ve created a visual highlighting a selection of traditions from some of our LEONI countries. It offers a glimpse into the different backgrounds that shape our teams and might even include something new to discover. Behind every tradition is a person, a story and a unique perspective. Taking the time to understand and appreciate these differences brings us closer together and makes us stronger as one team. Let’s continue to value this and learn from one another not just today, but every day. ✨

🌍 Meet Radosław, Team Leader Development Excellence at LEONI Poland Radosław joined LEONI Poland in 2016 after graduating with an engineering and master’s degree from the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. After initial training, he started as a Harness Designer, working on numerous projects for General Motors and Commercial Vehicles. During this time, he built strong expertise across several applications within the Capital toolchain, including design, costing, library and symbol. He also supported new customer cooperation, project implementations across all design phases, and other locations within Design & Development. In 2019, his experience and skills were recognized when he was selected as a core team member of the iBOM standardization initiative. The iBOM (integrated Bill of Materials) helps connect engineering and manufacturing by creating a consistent, end‑to‑end data flow. Working in an international and multi-operational team, Radosław was responsible for technical solutions across the entire Capital toolchain, developing a new design‑to‑manufacturing process and training new users. This role involved close collaboration across multiple countries, teams and departments. Over the years, Radosław steadily developed his career at LEONI, progressing from Specialist to Senior Specialist and further to Expert. Another important step followed in 2022, when he joined a second standardization initiative: Development Excellence, to which he was dedicated in parallel for the next two years. Today, Radosław works as a Team Leader in the Development Excellence department. Together with a team of seven members from five countries, he is responsible for Design Tools Deployments, working closely with Harness Designers by providing solutions, documentation and daily support in an international setup. 💡 His highlight? A special moment came in 2024, when the first factory in Egypt successfully started using the new design‑to‑manufacturing toolchain. Being part of this successful implementation and the teamwork behind it made him particularly proud. For Radosław, LEONI stands for opportunities and continuous improvement. He values the dynamic environment, constant change and the chance to make things better and more efficient. Helping colleagues and seeing their appreciation and smiles gives him the greatest satisfaction. #TeamLEONI #EmpoweringConnections #LEONIPoland

A few days ago, LEONI’s COO leadership team met in Tunisia for the first COO Leadership Meeting this year. Led by our COO, Dr. Anis Kammoun, we discussed operational priorities, reviewed our first-quarter results and financial outlook, and sharpened our focus on efficiency and competitiveness through cost-saving initiatives across all countries. We also exchanged views on the status of industrialization, supply chain strategy and plant readiness. A key highlight was the in-depth discussion on automation: together with our partners from Luxshare Automation, we discussed the roadmap and strategy and took the discussion straight to the production floor at our site in Sousse, where we were able to see automation initiatives in action in the areas of warehousing and materials handling, cutting, assembly and other key production areas. Many thanks to the teams at LEONI TUNISIA for their hospitality and for facilitating an open, practical exchange. Tunisia is one of LEONI’s most important production sites, and this week has clearly demonstrated how much progress we can make when we learn, coordinate and act together.
