We were excited to host a roundtable during Paris Arbitration Week 2026. The discussion explored an area of arbitration that is gaining increasing attention: the potential liability of arbitrators, counsel, and arbitral institutions. The panel addressed key questions around: ▪️Professional risk. ▪️The scope of disclosure obligations. ▪️Recent developments in jurisprudence and guidelines shaping standards of conduct. ▪️Distinguishing genuine ethical concerns and red flags from more tactical or dilatory challenges. The session was led by Anna Crevon-Tarassova, with insightful contributions from Hamid GHARAVI, Maria Hauser-Morel, and Pierre LEVEQUE.

A cross-border Dentons team has advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on a loan facility of up to €100 million to entities owned by American philanthropist Dell Loy Hansen and supported by the Hansen Ukrainian Mission (HUM) to develop a scalable affordable housing platform in #Ukraine. In our recent Client Experience Webinar on Identifying and Managing Emerging Risks, 72% of our global in-house legal audience shared that they are taking a proactive approach to risk management this year.
