It natively processes text, audio, images, video and synchronized audio‑visual content, and outputs both text and speech. By unifying perception, reasoning and generation across modalities, Qwen3.5‑Omni improves offline understanding and real‑time interaction for use cases like live streaming, intelligent voice assistants, and video captioning. The series includes Plus, Flash and Light instruction versions (up to 256K context). Alibaba DAMO Academy, in collaboration with medical institutions in China, including Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University and Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, has developed MAOSS, an #AI model designed to improve the early detection of fatty liver disease. Leveraging widely available non-contrast CT scans and serum biomarkers to grade hepatic steatosis and assess fibrosis progression, the model helps reduce missed diagnoses of high-risk SLD cases while providing early warning signals for timely and cost-effective intervention.
