Frequently reinforce how daily work ties to broader goals. Step 3: Clarify Roles & Expectations: Ensure everyone understands the Scrum framework and their role within it. Offer workshops or team agreements to set behavioral norms. Step 4: Improve Communication: Coach the team on effective Daily Scrum practices. Introduce tools or rituals that improve visibility (Kanban board, team Slack, etc.). Encourage direct, respectful communication.
