Hospitainer
Hospitainer produces and delivers modular clinics and hospitals based on shipping containers and tents, together with patient evacuation capabilities. Combined, they make it possible to provide everything from first aid at the point of injury to specialised hospital care. Our configurations are easy to transport, quick to expand, and built to high-quality standards. All our products are modular, mobile, rapidly deployable and fully turn-key. At the CP village, Hospitainer has a mobile clinic for Emergency Obstetric Care on display. The mobile clinic can be found in the outside area.
French Red Cross
Crises are becoming more frequent and more intense. Engaging citizens in preparedness is a French Red Cross strategic priority, which has been helping communities prepare for risks in France and internationally for many years, including through funded projects with the European Commission. The Citizen Preparedness Village is an immersive, playful and reassuring journey designed for the general public. In six steps, visitors understand why preparing matters, build their household emergency plan and gather the essentials for 72 hours of self-sufficiency, learn the right protective actions, discover first aid, identify the risks around them and find out how to get involved. The journey moves through three circles: myself, my closed relatives, my community (from my neighborhood to my active civic engagement). Deployed across France since September 2026, the Village is also the starting point for long-term preparedness activities run by the French Red Cross in each territory.
Excelerate Technology – Hybrid Edge
Hybrid Edge is a cross-functional, fully operational (TRL 9) innovation addressing multiple capability gaps identified by the DIREKTION consortium & aligned with those recorded by the International Forum to Advance First Responder Innovation(IFAFRI). It supports CG1-CG10 inclusive of real-time tracking, Multi-agency coordination & sharing between multiple actors, threat/hazard detection & monitoring, rapid scenario adaptation, integration of information for decision making, action intelligence and public awareness, interoperable communications, remote operations & information (big picture view) acquisition, connectivity and geo location/tracking services for responder health monitoring, protective and indoor visualization in low-visibility conditions. It also delivers geolocation-based risk mapping, even in connectivity blackspots such as rural and remote areas.
Fondazione SAFE
Innovation in training and performance assessment – XR training vehicle of the Italian rescEU fleet. Developed by Fondazione SAFE within the rescEU-CBRN-DSIM-IT project, the XR Training Command and Control Vehicle is an advanced mobile platform designed to supervise civil and military exercises directly in the field while integrating Extended Reality (XR) technologies into operational scenarios. The 4x4 mobile command center includes ARGO 3D command-and-control software, rugged observer workstations, biometric monitoring systems, EO/IR sensors with thermal imaging and automatic tracking, and chemical detection technologies for CBRN applications. Integrated UAS drones, MANET mesh radio communications, and rugged mobile devices ensure real-time coordination, situational awareness, and performance monitoring. The platform enhances immersive training, interoperability, decision-making, and operational readiness in complex emergency response scenarios, thanks to CORE, the software that manages immersive training and enables every other capability of the system.
Székely Family and Co. Nonprofit Llc.
The BEHOLDER project demonstrates how AI-enabled sensor networks, real-time situational awareness and interoperable communication systems can strengthen civil protection capabilities, shifting from reactive emergency response towards proactive risk anticipation and enhanced resilience. By connecting field-level data collection with central monitoring and decision-making, BEHOLDER showcases a scalable, cross-sector approach to civil protection across Europe. Visitors can explore BEHOLDER’s capabilities through an on-site demonstration featuring a police van equipped with the project’s technology. The demonstration will illustrate the complete data journey — from sensors deployed in the field, through data transmission to communication with the BEHOLDER dashboard — showing how information is collected, shared and transformed into actionable situational awareness to support more effective, coordinated responses.
German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW)/ German Archaeological Institute (DAI)/ Leibniz Centre for Archaeology (LEIZA)
Germany is presenting its new international response module for protecting cultural heritage worldwide. As registered in CECIS the “CHRU” can be deployed as Cultural Heritage Protection Module via UCPM after natural and human-made disasters. The CHRU is one of the first modules in EU aiming to protect cultural heritage. Its team consist of interdisciplinary experts (volunteers). The booth will show parts of the equipment, including tools for immovable cultural heritage and an emergency conservation laboratory, designed to provide first aid treatment for salvaged objects.
A participatory approach will allow visitors to test parts of the laboratory (documentation, wet/dry cleaning, packing, digital documentation). Videos of the CHRU will be shown, information material can be handed out. The presentation of the equipment and CHRUs open source approach will enable heritage and civil protection experts to draw inspiration from the lessons learnt and best practices of the German experience.
TPL Systèmes - FENICS Capability
TPL Systèmes presents a toolkit of field-proven resilient communication solutions in the absence of or in the failure of infrastructure networks , as utilized by the FENICS capability. This toolkit draws on lessons learned from operational deployments in Europe and abroad (ECPP’s FENICS capability). It helps ensure communications continuity in the event of mobile network or Internet outages. The booth combines an indoor presentation area with an outdoor live demonstration zone, where a working prototype is on display. Visitors can explore deployable tactical networks, resilient Wi-Fi infrastructure, satellite and 4G/5G backhaul links, as well as Mission Critical Services that transform smartphones into operational communication tools. Interactive demonstrations highlight the real-time capabilities of “Push-to-Talk,” messaging, geolocation, and coordination used during major crisis management operations, particularly during response missions for wildfires, floods, and cyclones.
