🤗 Inspiring the next generation of women in tech.    Last Saturday, our Verisure Technovation Girls Club reached the Technovation Girls regional Final in Madrid.     After 12 weeks of creativity, dedication, and mentoring by our Verisure colleagues, 35 girls from our Club proudly presented their tech solutions designed to make a real impact on society. A huge congratulations to everyone involved!     Because at Verisure, supporting and empowering the next generation of women in Tech isn’t just something we talk about. It’s a commitment we actively invest in. We’ve released our Q1 2026 results, delivering a strong start to the year, and a financial performance ahead of expectations. We’re now proud to protect ~6.3m families and small businesses, confirming our position as the largest professionally monitored security company globally by portfolio size and by new installations. 𝗙𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: 🚀 Annualised Recurring Revenue (ARR): €3,533m (+12.2% y/y) 💶 Total Q1 Revenue: €1,019m (+10.3% y/y) 📈 Adjusted Q1 EBIT: €277m (+19.3% y/y) 📊 Adjusted Q1 EBIT margin: 27.2% (+207 bps y/y) 💰 Another quarter of positive free cash flow (€39m)  🛡️ New installations: Our second-highest quarter on record at 222.9k (+2.72 y/y)   We confirm our 2026 outlook, with ARR growth of around 10% (excluding Mexico), an adjusted EBIT margin above 26%, and positive free cash flow. Our first interim dividend is expected to be paid in the second half of the year. We remain well-positioned to unlock the long runway of growth ahead of us in Europe and LatAm driven by our proven Playbook - continuous innovation, category-creating marketing, go-to-market excellence, and superior customer experience – all underpinned by a strong foundation of culture and talent. We’re proud to share that Verisure has been recognised by the European Emergency Number Association (EENA) with an EENA TPSP Certification, becoming the first private company to receive this award. 🏆   Following an extensive audit programme, we received this accolade for our Senior Protection service, designed to give its users protection, wellbeing and peace of mind.   The certification recognises our commitment to providing high-quality eCall services and our role in delivering reliable emergency assistance through third-party service provision.   Verisure was presented with the award at the recent EENA Conference 2026, one of the leading global events dedicated to public safety, emergency response, and crisis management. At the event, we also hosted the official pre-conference workshops, which focused on how to further strengthen collaboration between privately monitored home alarm providers and emergency services. This includes a new, groundbreaking real- time response information sharing platform developed by Verisure for use with first responders.   At Verisure, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
