    Shake It Up Baby – 40 years of Good Taste ☕🎶☕ 40 years ago we rocked the world of coffee by creating something no one had done yet: an Italian-style espresso made at home. No fuss. No mess. Just press and play. We made it easy, but we also made it exceptional. High-end coffees, roasted separately and blended back together after roasting, uncompromising on taste. The archetypal Ristretto coffee was – and remains – a complex blend, full of contrasts, containing coffee from multiple coffee continents and a roast style that highlight its opposing characteristics: thick body, roasty notes plus a touch of fruity acidity.     „Dogs at Work“ 🐾 – die Initiative für ein starkes Miteinander bei Nespresso Ein spannender Arbeitsplatz entsteht dort, wo Mitarbeitende ihr Umfeld aktiv mitgestalten können. Bei Nespresso fördern wir genau dieses Engagement – mit Vertrauen, Offenheit und Raum für neue Ideen. Ein aktuelles Beispiel dafür ist unser Pilot „Dogs at Work“ 🐶. In einer dreimonatigen Probephase testen wir, wie sich die Mitnahme von Hunden ins Büro verantwortungsvoll und im Sinne aller Kolleg:innen gestalten lässt. So werden alle teilnehmenden Hunde vorab von einem externen Hundetrainer als bürotauglich eingestuft. Die Initiative wurde durch Andrea Hagen, Karin Paul, Nadine Müller und Norman Sandrock gemeinsam umgesetzt – ein starkes Beispiel für bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit. 🤍 Und das mit großem Erfolg 🤩 Denn das Interesse in der Belegschaft ist hoch – auch bei Kolleg:innen ohne eigenen Hund. Besonders geschätzt werden der Austausch, die neue Dynamik und die Gespräche, die durch die Initiative entstehen.     ID a rencontré… 🎥☕ Hélène Gemahling, DRH Nestlé Nespresso SA, à l’occasion d’une étape clé : la re-certification officielle BCorp de Nespresso. Derrière ce label exigeant, il y a surtout des choix très concrets. En France, la démarche B Corp de Nespresso s’articule notamment autour d’un pilier central : l’inclusion. -Actions auprès de jeunes en difficulté, -Accompagnement de publics exposés aux discriminations, -Insertion professionnelle, -Emploi et inclusion de personnes en situation de handicap. L’échange aborde aussi un autre levier essentiel de l’impact social : les conditions de travail.
