Kicking off cohort two of the EmpowerHer Mentoring Programme The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has launched the second cohort of the EmpowerHer Mentoring Programme, another step in our ongoing work to grow women’s leadership and strengthen inclusion and diversity across the organisation. This edition reinforces the IOC’s commitment to gender parity and to fostering a culture of openness, transparency, and meaningful professional relationships. Through mentoring and shared learning, the programme helps build the next generation of female leaders and supports inclusive leadership at every level. Thanks to the HR Team and Laila Merval for orchestrating this programme. #Olympics #EmpowerHer #Mentoring #WomenInLeadership #Inclusion
