We're at DPW in New York this week. June 3–4. Booth 41. This year's theme says it well: AI is no longer the story. Execution is. And the gap between those who are executing and those still evaluating? It's growing fast. At Archlet, we've spent the last year making sure our customers are on the right side of that gap - with agents that don't just assist, but actually close the loop. Strategic sourcing. Tactical procurement. Built to run. And we have one more reason to celebrate this week: a warm welcome to Chad X. Moore, our new Director of Sales North America. Come find Bella, Chad, Lukas, and Patrick at booth 41.

Next stop: London. World Procurement Congress, May 20–21. The Archlet team will be there. Agentic sourcing is one of the hottest topics in procurement right now. Everyone's talking about it. Few are actually doing it - across tactical and strategic sourcing. That gap is where things get interesting. And where we've been heads-down building. We can't wait to show what we've been working on. Come find us at Booth #24 if you're around. Patrick, Tim and Lukas are looking forward to hearing from great minds like Pierre Laprée and Désiré MOUANGA-BIAYENDA as they take the stage. As well as seeing and reconnecting with our partners SpendHQ, ORO Labs, Creactives, Sievo and more.

The afternoon at Elevate+ Philadelphia last week set the tone for where Sourcing and Procurement is heading in the age of agentic AI. Shashi Mandapaty (Synapsys) kicked it off with three resets needed to elevate procurement in a new world and a clear framework for what procurement leadership looks like in an agentic era. Archlet and our partners ORO Labs and Sievo hosted workshop sessions on sourcing automation, agentic orchestration, and redefining procurement roles in an AI-enabled organization. Led by Tim Grunow & Lukas Wawrla (Archlet), Katri Karjalainen (Sievo) and Matt Kapadia (ORO Labs) with Rick Raker from Pfizer. Before wrapping up with time to connect over food and drinks, the afternoon concluded with a panel discussion on future of eSourcing and procurement with Mireia Brancos (Sligo AI - A SpendHQ Platform), Victor Scarante, MBA (The Hershey Company), and Benjamin Dailey (The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.) Guests heard directly from leaders who are living this transformation and what they see coming next. Thanks again to our morning customer keynotes: Mitch Matt (Sazerac Company), Travis Johnson (Chain IQ Group AG) and Brian Borochin (Comcast), setting the bar high from the start of the day. They shared real-world stories of how Archlet is delivering results and tackled the build vs. buy debate, uncovering what agentic AI looks like in practice. Most importantly, thank you to our guests that made the day special and traveled from all over the country to join us! Be sure to check out more Elevate+ highlights here: https://hubs.li/Q044Hlfr0

The Archlet team took the stage yesterday with an update on the product and strategy shaping the future of agentic sourcing. Opening the day, Lukas Wawrla welcomed our 90+ guests to Elevate+ Philadelphia. To set the scene, Tim Grunow explored the agentic sourcing era and why engineering today is a preview of procurement tomorrow, with a first look at what's coming next on Archlet's product roadmap. Alina Heimgartner then walked us through how AI is changing onboarding, adoption and the way we measure value. As agents do more of the work, the metrics that matter are shifting.
