Today, we reflected on our shared passion for
#sustainabledevelopment and the values we hold dear. Our education background in
Business School Lausanne (BSL) has played a crucial role in shaping our approach to business, where we have learned to structure our business approach using sustainable management tools and to prioritize the principles of ESG, each in our individual domains.
However, another important factor has led us to embrace the impact-driven business mindset - the challenges we have faced as women in our respective careers. Despite our different domains, we have all encountered gender inequality in our professional journeys. These obstacles have taught us the importance of being resilient and tolerant in any situation.
For me, as the CEO of Rahim Invest, ESG investing enables us to align the investment strategies of our clients
#gulfcountries family offices with their sustainable values and help them drive positive change.
Nicole Watson approaches ESG from the perspective of a creative media campaign developer and an NGO expert in diversity leadership. Manal Aboujtila, EMBA views ESG through her prism as a results-driven senior HR manager successfully managing large-scale organizational change projects across the Middle East and Europe.
As we continue to navigate the complexities and diversity of
#sustainablebusiness we invite you to share your own journey towards sustainability and the values that drive your business.
Let's explore together to create potential synergies toward a better world.
