  • Some projects stay with you longer than others. This multi-family building in Vancouver was dealing with major foundation settlement issues and there was serious discussion about the building being condemned. More than eight families could have lost their homes. Instead of walking away or tearing the building down, the owner made the decision to try and save it. Our crew worked alongside engineers and the ownership team to lift and stabilize the structure using 48 pier support systems. It was a challenging project, but seeing the building stabilized and knowing those families could remain in their homes made it worth it. Projects like this are a reminder that foundation repair isn’t just about concrete. Sometimes it’s about protecting housing, keeping people in their homes, and finding a way to repair and renew instead of sending another building to the landfill. This is exactly why we believe in repairing and stabilizing structures whenever possible instead of replacing them. #TrueLevelConcrete #FoundationRepair #StructuralStabilization #AffordableHousing #RenewDontReplace #ConcreteRepair #Underpinning #VancouverConstruction

  • Sunken driveway? Uneven walkway? Cracks spreading or water getting beneath your concrete? Concrete settlement is often caused by changing moisture conditions, soil movement, and erosion beneath the slab. Over time, that loss of support can lead to uneven surfaces, trip hazards, cracking, and water intrusion. For this driveway and walkway repair project, we restored and stabilized the existing concrete using our PolyLevel® lifting system along with crack and joint sealing solutions — helping the homeowner avoid the cost and disruption of full replacement. ✔️ Driveway and walkway lifted and re-leveled ✔️ Trip hazards reduced ✔️ Cracks repaired and sealed ✔️ Joints protected against future water intrusion ✔️ Faster and less invasive than replacement At True Level Concrete, we focus on renewing and stabilizing concrete by addressing the underlying support conditions beneath the slab. Because when the support below is restored, the concrete above can continue performing the way it was designed to. 📞 Book your free inspection today Lower Mainland: 604.589.4800 Vancouver Island: 250.668.6265 #ConcreteRepair #ConcreteLifting #ConcreteLeveling #DrivewayRepair #WalkwayRepair #PolyLevel #PropertyMaintenance #TripHazardRepair #TrueLevelConcrete #RepairDontReplace

  • This Isn’t Just One Home In Richmond and other Deltaic Soils (soft soil), foundation issues rarely happen in isolation. What starts as a small shift beneath one home is often part of a much bigger story—entire neighbourhoods slowly settling as the ground beneath them changes over time. This project wasn’t just about repairing a single house. It was about stopping a pattern of movement that, left unchecked, continues beneath the surface. True Level Concrete was brought in to stabilize both the foundation and interior slab—addressing not just the visible damage, but the underlying cause driving it.

  • The real cost of concrete failure isn’t the repair… It’s the disruption. High-traffic retail environments don’t have the luxury of shutting down aisles, rerouting customers, or slowing operations. That’s why the best repair project like our recent project for Walmart Canada… is the one nobody notices. High-traffic space? Active operations? You don’t have to shut down to fix the problem. Let’s talk. #walmart #UnevenConcrete #CrackedFoundation #SlopingFloors #TripHazard #ConcreteProblems #FoundationIssues

  • One of the most common misconceptions in residential construction is that landscaping is purely aesthetic. In reality, the zone around your foundation is one of the most important lines of defense your home has. Drainage, soil stability, and moisture control all converge at this interface—and when it’s done wrong, the impact shows up in the form of cracks, settlement, and long-term structural risk. This article explores the materials and strategies that not only improve curb appeal—but actively protect your home from the ground up.

  • Celebrating 10 years with Cliff — a decade of dedication, growth, and impact. Starting as a Crew Leader and now leading as a Project Manager, Cliff has been a steady force behind some of our most important work. His ability to problem-solve in the field earned him the nickname “McGyver” — and anyone who’s worked with him knows exactly why. Cliff represents what this team is built on: reliability, ingenuity, and pride in doing the job right. Thank you for 10 years of commitment and leadership. We’re better because of it.

  • Your Walkway Shouldn’t Be a Risk. What feels like a small step or crack can quickly become a real hazard—for you, your family, and anyone visiting your home. Uneven concrete isn’t just about appearance. It’s often a sign of shifting soil beneath the surface—and it tends to get worse over time, not better. Left unaddressed, it can lead to: • Trips and falls • Water pooling and drainage issues • Further cracking and settlement • More costly repairs later on The good news? You don’t need to tear it out. At True Level, we lift and stabilize concrete using advanced methods that are fast, clean, and built to last—so you can feel confident every step you take. ✔️ Minimal disruption ✔️ Ready to use in hours ✔️ Long-term stability Book your free estimate & inspection ($300 value) 📞 604-589-4800 🌐 www.truelevelconcrete.ca #TrueLevelConcrete #ConcreteRepair #ConcreteLeveling #HomeSafety #TripHazard #FoundationRepair #RepairDontReplace #VancouverHomes #LowerMainlandHomes
