  • Resident potlucks like this are one of the little things that help make The Tides feel like home. Good food, great neighbours, and a community that comes together every month in the resident lounge. 230 Coverdale Rd, Riverview, NB

  • As you may know my wife and I moved into The Trailway at 115 Quinn Crt in June of 2023. We were among the first tenants and we love it here! Our unit is lovely with large windows, at least one of which opens in each room. The rooms are large, bright and spacious. There is plenty of closet space. The bathroom is a good size and the “comfort height” toilets are appreciated. The mini split heating/cooling unit has worked perfectly and our monthly electrical bill has been a pleasant surprise. The building itself is bright and always clean. Having a resident manager onsite that responds to any issue quickly is a big benefit. The underground parking is worth the modest extra cost and an in building garbage room is far better than having to go outside to garbage bins. There are residents of all ages here and the monthly resident coffee get together in the common room is welcome to all. We find the location is excellent for us, backing onto the Dobson Trail and the Winter Wonderland Park is a bonus in that there will be no building in front of us. Also our proximity to grocery shopping, banks, Canadian Tire, Kent, Home Hardware, two dollar stores, NBLC and Tim Hortons is welcome as we age or simply to save time in our busy lives. We highly recommend The Trailway to all we know. The most heard comment that visiting friends make is “this is lovely, we could live here.” Garry and Connie Miles We’re proud to receive messages like this from our residents. • Most people assume owning a home is always the better financial decision. But when you actually break it down… it’s not that simple. Between: • Large down payments tied up in one asset • Ongoing maintenance and unexpected repairs • Property taxes and carrying costs • And the time required to manage everything Owning comes with more trade-offs than people realize. Now compare that to renting and investing that same capital elsewhere. In many cases, people are surprised to find they can come out significantly ahead financially—while also gaining flexibility and freeing up their time. But here’s the part most people miss: This only works if the rental experience is actually better. At Thrive Living, we focus on making renting feel like an upgrade— with well-maintained buildings, fast service, and communities people are proud to live in. Renting isn’t always the right choice. But in the right situation—and in the right building—it can be the smarter one.
