According to very dubious ‘research,’ Scarlett Johansson is the 19th highest paid actor of all time. Whitney Houston is the 19th best-selling artist. And Joe Dimaggio is the 19th greatest athlete. So we’re pretty thrilled to be ranked as the number 19 creative agency in all of Canada in this year’s Creative Report Card. We’re not trying to say we’re anything like Whitney and ScarJoe, but this is just math. More importantly, our long-time partners at Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism are the number 23 brand in the country (and unofficially the very best client). A big congratulations to them, and a bigger thank you to everyone at Target.

Meet our new art director, Ethan Andrews! Ethan comes to us from Hamilton with a solid background in advertising. We knew right away he'd be a great fit — and not just because of all his cool vintage sweaters. A freelance photographer, avid hiker, and world traveller, Ethan brings a unique perspective and a great eye for detail. Excited to have him on the team!

The advertising shortlist for Strategy Online Marketing Awards is in good hands. Stay tuned for the shortlist to see who impressed our ACD Julia Forrester — no small feat.
Spent time recently poring over all your work, and I must say – nice job! Being on the Marketing Awards Shortlist Jury was a great chance to look back on what we each held up as our best this year. Which meant lots of old faves, plus a few sneaky new ones. Anyone interested in my own personal shortlist shortlist - hit me up!

46 years ago, this agency was founded by one man. Today, 72% of us are women — and 5 of our 6 leaders are too. Three years ago, we became officially woman-led. In an industry historically dominated by men, that kind of shift doesn't happen on its own. It happens because of women who lead well, open doors, and inspire others. Happy #InternationalWomensDay to all the women of Target and beyond. #IWD2026 #IWD

There was only one gold awarded to a Canadian agency at the Epica Awards. And it arrived at Target today. True to form, the Newfoundland and Labrador weather made sure it knew without a doubt that it was in Canada. Also, not shown, a bronze too! Big wins for Hello Humpback and a huge congrats again to the best tourism client in the world, Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism.

There’s something special about being in a room full of people who care deeply about this place and the industry that helps sustain it. HNL’s annual Conference and Trade Show is an important event for us at Target; it's time well spent with tourism leaders from every corner of the province and across every sector. This year, we were especially proud to present Chef Rory MacPherson with the Tourism Champion Award. Congrats Chef Rory, and thanks to the team at Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador for an unforgettable conference!

For 13 years, Allison Daley has been making us a better agency. With a meticulous eye for detail and a drive for perfection, she oversees more client projects than we can count. But we're not just talking about the work. On top of it all, she’s the go-to planner for Christmas parties, office pools, chili cook-offs, cornhole tournaments— you name it. She does it all, and she does it well. She’s travelled to over 40 countries (and counting), so we’re pretty grateful she keeps choosing this place. Here's to 13 years of Allison! 🎉

Every year, TJ Arch makes all of his coworkers sit through 3 hours of Super Bowl ads. Then we vote in an NCAA-style bracket tournament. Debates were had. Friendships were tested. Power was lost. (Literally, the lights went out.) It was a tough competition, but at the end of the day Pepsi wins the taste test.
