Huge congratulations to our colleague Siva Reddy on being named a 2026 Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow! 🎉 This prestigious fellowship recognizes outstanding early-career researchers for their accomplishments, creativity, and potential to become leaders in their fields. A professor in Computer Science and Linguistics at McGill University and a member of Mila, Siva's work in natural language processing and machine learning has been instrumental in advancing the capabilities of large language models — while also making them safer and more transparent. As he shared: "As these models become more agentic, we continue to work toward making them even safer, more transparent, and more efficient." We're proud to have Siva as part of the ServiceNow AI Research team. This recognition is a testament to the incredible work being done at the intersection of academia and industry. Congratulations, Siva! 👏 https://lnkd.in/et7JTfB7 #SloanFellow #AIResearch #NLP #ServiceNow #McGill #Mila

Congrats to the PipelineRL team!!! 👏
Excited to share that our paper “PipelineRL: Faster On-Policy Reinforcement Learning for Long Sequence Generation” has been accepted to TMLR! PipelineRL enables ~2x faster on-policy RL training through in-flight weight updates. We've been using it at ServiceNow AI Research to train LLM agents. Huge thanks to the brilliant PipelineRL team: Alexandre Piché, Dzmitry Bahdanau, Ehsan Kamalloo and Xiaoyin Chen, and to the reviewers for their thoughtful feedback. Thrilled to see Valérie Bécaert representing ServiceNow AI Research at the World Forum in Toronto!! Her leadership and expertise are helping position Canada and ServiceNow at the forefront of responsible AI innovation.
What a great time at #ServiceNowWorldForumToronto! First time for me and it was amazing to meet our customers and exchange with them on AI!!! Today’s sessions spotlighted how leaders are advancing AI’s potential in practical ways, and how the technology should be applied as an enabler of productivity. With a clear and confident vision for the future, Canada is well-positioned to lead globally, and ServiceNow’s research hub in Montreal (this is us!) is proud to help drive that momentum. Currently, we’re at the frontline of a cultural shift where trust is built through thoughtful, human-centered adoption of AI. Working at the intersection of research and real-world application, it was encouraging to see how these principles were guiding the country’s next steps in AI. Enjoyed the valuable insights that were shared and already looking forward to World Forum 2026! #ServiceNow #WorldForum #AI
