We’re proud to share that Frank Monteleone, CHRE, SVP & Chief People Officer, has been named one of The Globe and Mail's Best Executives for 2026, a well‑deserved recognition that reflects both his leadership and his commitment to people. As SVP & Chief People Officer of Rexall and President of the Rexall Care Network, Frank leads with operational excellence and genuine humanity. Since 2017, employee engagement at Rexall has increased by 44 percentage points, with Inclusion being Rexall’s highest‑scoring engagement factor. Frank was also instrumental in establishing Rexall’s DEI Council and launching four executive‑sponsored Employee Resource Groups, ensuring inclusion, belonging, and employee voice were embedded into Rexall’s culture from the very beginning. Under Frank’s guidance, the People and Communications team has earned three HR Team of the Year awards from HRD’s Canadian HR Awards, five consecutive years on HRDC’s Innovative HR Team List, and three consecutive years as a Canadian HR Reporter 5‑Star DE&I Employer. Individually, Frank has also been recognized on HRD’s Global 100 HR list twice and named among DiversityCan’s Top 10 Leaders in People Strategy and Workplace Culture.
