Canada’s career development field is evolving, and the national approach to certification is leading the way! This article highlights the National Career Development Certification Program, delivered through Career Certification, and how it establishes the sole CCDP® designation across Canada, creating a consistent and portable standard for professionals nationwide. By combining e-assessment, recognition of prior learning, and a strong focus on accessibility, the program supports both professional credibility and workforce mobility, something our sector has long needed. This isn’t just a certification; it’s a shift toward a more connected, confident profession nationwide. Take a moment to read the article and learn more.
