Warm homes in the winter. Cool spaces in the summer. Devices charged, essentials powered. Quietly doing its job when it mattered most.    Year one, by the numbers: ✅ 99.6% availability during high‑demand hours 📅 50 days operating at full output   As we head into year two, our focus remains on helping the grid deliver energy to Ontarians when they need it most.    This project wouldn’t exist without strong partnerships. Last week a group of our senior leaders from across our global business came together for a focused working session on safety, strategy, and leadership. The week started with boots on the ground at our Oneida Battery Energy Storage Facility with a site tour and safety walk, connecting safety discussions directly to the field. From there, the team aligned on priorities for the year ahead and completed training and workshops, reinforcing what strong leadership looks like across our teams.

On this World Day for Safety & Health at Work, we’re reflecting on the progress we made in 2025 and the momentum we’re carrying into 2026.   In 2025, we:   ➡️ Introduced our Safety Excellence Leadership Program to equip our leaders with the tools to model safety every day ➡️ Rolled out our 12 Golden Safety Rules, setting clear expectations and shared accountability ➡️ Earned the 2025 Ontario Electrical Safety Award for the outstanding safety performance at our Oneida Energy Storage facility - nearly 300,000 hours with zero lost‑time incidents   We're proud of what we have accomplished, and we know the work doesn't stop here.
