This week, we onboarded our largest co-op cohort yet, welcoming 41 students to #TeamNSE! The week was filled with onboarding, connection, and some fun team-building activities, including a scavenger hunt where teams had to decode messages, solve riddles, and put their health & safety knowledge to the test. We’re proud to welcome students from the University of Windsor, University of Waterloo, Dalhousie University and Toronto Metropolitan University. We’re excited to support the next generation of talent and look forward to seeing what this group accomplishes during their time with us.

This important organization is dedicated to supporting families affected by workplace fatalities, life-altering injuries, and occupational disease, while also promoting health and safety awareness across our communities. Together, #TeamNSE raised over $2,600 and came together on a beautiful morning to make a meaningful impact.

Another co-op term in the books. Last week, 29 co-op students across 10 departments wrapped up their time with #TeamNSE, representing the University of Windsor, University of Waterloo, and Toronto Metropolitan University. We're grateful for the impact this group made, and excited to see what’s next.

Our first Amped Up Challenge launched at our town hall last month, bringing safety, quality, and process to life in a fun, engaging way. First up: The PPE Challenge ⚡🦺 Participants raced to gear up, fastest time wins, but only if it’s done right. Because when it comes to safety, doing it right always comes first.
