This is your monthly reminder that the Notary Clinic for Newcomers and Immigrants will once again be held this coming Saturday, May 30 from 10AM to 12 PM at the MCA offices (room 1312 - 9908 Penhorwood Street, Fort McMurray AB). Please note that this clinic cannot help with legal advice, drafting legal documents, real estate documents or wills. All material will need to be prepared prior to arrival, and you will need to bring along: - your photo ID (and a single-sided copy of the ID) - the original (unsigned) documents - single-sided copies of all necessary documents (on legal sized paper) - have all signing persons present at the clinic The Notary Clinic for Newcomers and Immigrants is a free first-come-first-served service offered to residents of Wood Buffalo as a means to provide accessible and essential notary services at no cost, helping to better support newcomer residents to settle with ease into the community.
