Maturn partners with organizations across North America to support women through the life stages that most impact retention, leadership progression, and long-term wellbeing, from fertility to maternity leave, motherhood, and peri/menopause. Our evidence-based programs strengthen cultures, reduce burnout, and increase the number of women who advance into senior leadership roles. With a community of thousands of women and over 100 organizational partners, Maturn is reshaping what it means to build workplaces that truly work for women.   • Big news. Maturn is partnering with Unity Health Toronto. Women in health care carry so much. And too often, the moments that shape them most such as becoming a mother, stepping into leadership, moving through perimenopause, happen without the right support in place.     Last week we were invited by Aritzia's Transformation Management Office to lead a workshop on executive presence and growing influence. The question at the heart of the session: What does it really take to be seen, heard, and trusted as a leader? Not perfection. Not a bigger title. And not waiting until you feel ready. It takes intentional communication, self-awareness, and the courage to show up authentically, even when the self-doubt starts to creep in.     We’re excited to share something new we’ve been building at Maturn. The Aligned Leader is a cohort-based leadership experience designed for women who want to lead with greater clarity, courage, and impact. This program is for anyone who identifies as a leader or feels called to lead, and wants their leadership to feel more aligned with who they are and how they show up in the world. Over the years, we’ve supported thousands of women through key life transitions. One theme consistently emerges: many women reach a point in their careers where they want their leadership to feel more intentional, aligned with their values, and sustainable over time. This program was created for that moment. Participants will explore how to: ✔️ Get clear on their values, priorities, and leadership direction ✔️ Strengthen their confidence, voice, and decision making ✔️ Lead with ambition while protecting their energy ✔️ Navigate brave conversations with more clarity and courage ✔️ Expand their presence and influence without losing authenticity Cohorts launch September and January each year.     One thing many people don’t realize about Maturn… Beyond our programs, we run workshops for thousands of leaders and employees every year. In just the past few and upcoming weeks we’ve had the privilege of working with organizations including The University of British Columbia, ETRO Construction, Women in Insurance, BGO, Signal49 Research, BC Maritime Employers Association, Coast Capital Savings, Federation of Canadian Municipalities, and Aritzia. Why the demand? Because organizations are realizing that supporting women through key life stages requires better equipped leaders. Our workshops focus on: • Upskilling people leaders to support employees through fertility, maternity leave, motherhood, and perimenopause/menopause • Supporting women and leaders directly with practical tools for leadership expansion, deeper impact, and career growth When leaders understand life stages, they lead better.
