⛷️We spent a couple of days in Collingwood for Techskis, diving into what it actually looks like to build for the long haul. Most of the conversations centered on endurance, resilience, and performance; and the discipline it takes to maintain all three while you're in the thick of it. Cato Pastoll shared some solid reminders on how to keep that momentum: staying as close to your customers as possible and making sure you’re always carving out time for the things that give you energy. For us, that means focusing on the product, surrounding ourselves with great people, and making sure we’re having fun while we’re at it.
