Last week, we marked International Women’s Day by coming together with colleagues and partners to talk about something that still matters deeply: women’s rights. 💛 This year’s theme, “Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls,” is a reminder that gender equality is still unfinished work. Around the world, women and girls continue to face legal, economic, and social barriers that limit their rights and opportunities. With Plan International, we spent the morning learning, asking questions, sharing breakfast, and getting creative together. It was a chance to reflect on the progress that has been made and the work that still lies ahead. Thank you to everyone who joined, donated, and took part in the conversation. Last month, we hosted an incredible group from CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals, an organization doing meaningful work through skills training and job placement 💛 Each speaker led a 20-minute Q&A, sharing their real career journeys—the pivots, the lessons, and the “I didn’t plan this” moments that shaped where they are today.
