We are seeking an Oleflex Specialist to join our Keyera EnviroFuels (KEF) Operations Team. As a key technical leader for the Oleflex Unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of one of the facility’s most critical processing units. In this role, you’ll ensure the Oleflex Unit operates within design limits through clearly defined and actively monitored operating targets, monitor unit performance to identify abnormal trends, emerging risks, and reliability threats, and work collaboratively with operating teams to monitor daily unit performance and ensure production targets are achieved. We’re looking for someone with: ✔️ Direct experience operating or supporting Oleflex or similar units, with a focus on performance, reliability, and optimization, is essential for success in this role. ✔️ 10+ years of experience in plant operations, reliability, or process-focused roles within oil & gas or petrochemical facilities (downstream experience is an asset). ✔️ Strong background in operations or engineering within a production environment. Today marked a significant milestone for Keyera as we brought teams together for our first townhall following the close of this transformational acquisition.
