Marketing Your Therapy Practice Doesn't Have to Feel Manipulative There's a particular kind of discomfort that many therapists describe when they start thinking about marketing their practice. It's not that they don't want more clients. It's not that they don't believe in the work they do. It's that the marketing advice they encounter — the urgency tactics, the fear-based copy, the manufactured scarcity — feels completely at odds with who they are and what they stand for. They've tried it. Posted the countdown timers. Written the "are you struggling with anxiety?" hooks. Pushed out the content that's supposed to create pain points and drive clicks. And then felt vaguely unsettled by the whole thing. If that sounds familiar you're not alone. And more importantly you're not wrong to feel that way. Link to blog post in comments

Your therapy website may be quietly working against you. Not dramatically. Not all at once. Just slowly, until one day you realise the enquiries have slowed down and you're not sure why. Here's what I typically see when I audit a therapy website that's stopped converting: The layout is outdated and hard to navigate. Potential clients can't find what they need and leave before they reach out. The messaging no longer reflects the practice. The services, the tone, the focus, it's all describing who you were two years ago, not who you are today. The forms aren't working properly. Enquiries are being missed or the wrong information is being captured. The SEO and AEO aren't aligned with your current services. So the right clients aren't finding you in the first place. Gina Ayanna recently referred KaZa Family Centre to us who was in exactly this situation. Their website no longer reflected who they were or what they offered and it was showing in their enquiry numbers. We improved their messaging, rebuilt their user experience, made it easier for clients to reach out, and structured the site for both SEO and AEO so they show up in traditional Google searches and AI-powered search tools. After launch they saw an increase in enquiries and a rise in website traffic. If you're a therapist or private practice owner, the website you had two years ago is not the website you need today. Your online presence should reflect where your practice is right now. Not where it was. 🌿 #therapywebsite #therapymarketing #therapybranding

Forever grateful for the kind words and trust from my clients. "I had the pleasure of working with Andre and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand my vision for the website and brought it to life in ways I couldn't have imagined. His professionalism was evident throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated how invested he was in making sure everything was perfect. What stood out the most was his honesty. He offered thoughtful opinions and recommendations that ultimately enhanced the project. Even after our work was completed, when I encountered an issue, he was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to meet with me and walk me through the solution. His dedication to his craft and commitment to his clients is unmatched. I highly recommend Andre to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and reliable web designer. You won't be disappointed!" I practice what I preach. Over the past week, I’ve been doing some maintenance on my own website: - Refining the copy - Updating the UX and UI - Checking for technical issues (i.e. page speed, broken links) - Reviewing SEO You don’t have to wait for a big relaunch to tune up your website. Regular tweaks keep things smooth and support your goals. Have you been keeping up with your website maintenance? #webflow #marketing #websitemaintenance #websitedesign #websitedevelopment

How I support marketing teams and businesses as a Webflow developer Over the years working with Webflow, I’ve noticed that most of my work falls into two main client groups: - Companies with in-house marketing teams - Small to mid-sized businesses that need full support For marketing teams, I usually plug in as a dedicated Webflow developer. That often means: - Helping with platform migrations - Building out advanced functionality - Turning design files into scalable, high-performing builds They often reach out when they need someone who really knows the Webflow platform — from custom code and animations to CMS logic and third-party integrations. The second group I work with are smaller businesses that don’t have a full internal team. They typically need everything: strategy, UX, Webflow development, and sometimes branding or automation. I enjoy working with both. With marketing teams, I get to push what Webflow can do technically. With smaller businesses, I get to shape the vision and lead the build from start to finish. Both are fulfilling, and I like that each project brings a different kind of challenge to solve.
