It was a powerful moment, surrounded by brilliant and dedicated individuals, where we had the opportunity to exchange ideas and move forward in an environment that was both dynamic and welcoming. Looking around the room, I was struck with admiration at how many influential women were present. With International Women's Day fast approaching, I want to take a moment to share a few words. I am proud. Proud to see their ambition, boldness, and impact grow every day. You are all a constant source of inspiration for me and for those around you. The role of women in our industry, and particularly in wealth management, continues to advance. We have come a long way, but there is still so much we can accomplish.
