Draganfly continues to expand its leadership in advanced autonomous defense technologies. We’re proud to announce that Draganfly has entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire substantially all assets of Skip Dynamix’s drone technology business — adding ultra-low-cost, mass-producible fixed-wing unmanned aerial systems designed for long-range ISR, electronic warfare support, logistics, and one-way missions. The transaction strengthens Draganfly’s defense platform portfolio and strategically positions the company within one of the fastest-growing segments of the global defense technology market: scalable, low-cost autonomous aerial systems built for deployment in contested environments. By combining Draganfly’s expertise in manufacturing, AI, autonomy, command-and-control, and military systems integration with Skip Dynamix’s innovative fixed-wing platform architecture, the companies aim to accelerate the development of affordable, rapidly deployable mission-ready systems for allied defense forces worldwide. Working alongside the Cochise County SABRE Unit under the leadership of Captain Tim Williams, and in close partnership with leaders from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police | Gendarmerie royale du Canada (RCMP) Border Integrity Section, reinforces a simple truth—border security is no longer a local issue; it’s an international one. The RCMP are now actively engaged with us on these critical challenges. We share not only a border, but common values rooted in public safety, intelligence-sharing, and operational coordination. In my role with the National Sheriffs' Association Border Security Committee, serving as an international liaison, I’m proud to help advance these partnerships and drive a more unified, strategic approach to securing our borders. We’re also working side by side with the Draganfly Inc. team, whose specialized drone capabilities are helping redefine what modern border security can and should look like. Thank you to Sheriff Mark Dannels for his continued leadership and for setting the standard as a true pioneer in how borders must be secured, with clarity, strength, and collaboration. Proud to be back in the field with professionals who don’t just talk about the mission, they execute it.

North American–made, NDAA-compliant Draganfly drones are helping organizations complete inspections faster, safer, and more efficiently, without scaffolding, rope access, or shutdowns. Real-world inspection comparisons: - Flare stack inspections: reduced from 3 days to ~2 hours - Bridge inspections: reduced from 8+ hours to ~2–3 hours By shifting inspections from manual access methods to aerial platforms, organizations can: - Significantly reduce inspection time - Lower operational and labor costs - Minimize worker exposure to hazardous environments Draganfly drones deliver actionable inspection data while supporting safer operations and measurable cost savings across critical infrastructure. Wildfire response depends on timely intelligence and persistent monitoring. Draganfly’s APEX and Commander 3XL are used to support hot spot identification, perimeter tracking, and post-fire assessment by carrying the right sensors for each phase of an operation. The APEX, with the ability to carry up to 6 lbs of thermal or mapping sensors, is well suited for rapid deployment and repeated flights, while the Commander 3XL, capable of lifting up to 23 lbs, supports advanced thermal payloads and longer-duration monitoring. Together, these platforms help crews detect residual heat more effectively and reduce the need for personnel to operate in high-risk environments. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology is transforming how critical assets are inspected, maintained, and managed across major industries. What were once manual, high-risk, and time-intensive processes are now being replaced by aerial solutions that improve safety, operational efficiency, and data accuracy across essential infrastructure. This shift is reflected in strong market momentum. The industrial drone inspection sector, already valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of approximately 11.0% between 2024 and 2029, underscoring accelerating adoption and long-term growth potential.
