Thank you to everyone who joined us for a fantastic CND OHT All Members Meeting! It was a day filled with meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and connection as we explored key priorities, including Primary Care, Integrated Clinical Priorities, and OHT Capacity Building.   A highlight of the afternoon was learning about the Elgin OHT's Neighbourhood Home Model and what it could mean for Cambridge and North Dumfries. A special thank you to Deanna Huggett from Elgin Ontario Health Team and Connor Cleary for sharing their insights and inspiration!

🎉 Exciting news for our community! Yesterday, Cambridge MPP Brian Riddell, joined by Kitchener South–Hespeler MPP Jess Dixon and MPP Anthony Leardi, Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Health, announced a $3.7 million provincial investment for member agencies of the Cambridge North Dumfries Ontario Health Team. This funding will help connect nearly 10,000 more people in Cambridge and North Dumfries to primary care an important step toward improving access to local healthcare.
