Bringing together leaders from education, research, technology, and community organizations, this new advisory body will help ensure Indigenous voices, values, and priorities are meaningfully embedded in Canada’s AI ecosystem. The Circle will provide strategic guidance to Mila, CIFAR, Amii (Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute), and Vector Institute, helping shape how Indigenous AI initiatives are designed, developed, and implemented across the country.
