Honoured and appreciative of the local, municipal, provincial and federal support of the investment of $12.3M into CABN to scale sustainable housing. This is exactly how Canadians rally to solve the housing and climate crisis: by backing company's that turns innovation into reality. When we pair infrastructure funding (like the $24.6M for Brockville's sewage station) with modern construction scheduling and VR visualization, we don't just build houses—we build communities at the speed of the 21st century. Ontario is the place to Build!, Thank you Steve! #BuildingOntario #unitedcountiesofleedsandgrenville #HousingInnovation #Brockville

Big news day in Brockville! I joined Matt Wren - Mayor of Brockville, MP Michael Barrett and Cabn.co CEO Jackson Wyatt to announce the company’s $12.3 million investment to expand production capacity. Proud to announce on behalf of Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade Victor Fedeli that our government is supporting CABN with a $413,896 investment through the Eastern Ontario Development Fund. This investment will help create 47 new jobs and retain 69 more at CABN’s Brockville facility. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gyTbbASm

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we pause to reflect on the enduring impacts of Canada’s history on Indigenous communities and to acknowledge the path toward healing and understanding. At CABN, our team is spread across Ontario, working and living on the traditional lands of many First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples. We recognize that reconciliation begins with truth, and we are committed to continually learning, listening, and building meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities. This day is a reminder of our collective responsibility to honour survivors and work toward a future grounded in respect, equity, and reconciliation. 📸 @unsplash

Canada’s new Build Canada Homes (BCH) program is a bold $13B commitment to faster, greener, and more affordable housing. At CABN, this vision isn’t new — it’s what we’ve been building from the start. With our Advanced Manufacturing Facility in Brockville, CABN is already shipping out factory-built, net-zero homes using CABN CORE TECHNOLOGY™. These Canadian-made, mass-timber envelopes are designed for speed, repeatability, and durability — exactly what BCH is calling for. From rapid-install transitional housing to award-winning community plans, CABN is showing what’s possible when you pair innovation with urgency. We’ve built the playbooks, proven the technology, and trained the people — so when Canada calls for housing at scale, we’re ready to answer. The bottom line: Build Canada Homes lays out the vision. CABN is already delivering on it. 👉 We’re proud to be ahead of the curve and ready to scale. 👉 Municipalities, developers, and partners: let’s talk about how we can deliver housing that is faster, greener, and more affordable — together. Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting Associate Minister of Forestry and Forest Products, Kevin Holland, as well as our local MPP Steve Clark, at our advanced manufacturing facility in Brockville. At CABN, we’re focused on building high-performance, net-zero ready homes using innovative technology and sustainable practices. By streamlining the way housing is designed, manufactured, and installed, we’re proving that homes can be delivered faster, more affordably, and with a lighter footprint on our environment. It was a privilege to share how our team is not only creating jobs locally but also driving solutions to one of Canada’s most pressing challenges: the housing crisis, all while using mass timber as a viable and sustainable path forward. Thank you both for taking the time to visit and see firsthand the work we’re doing to reshape the future of housing.

We proud to be highlighted in an incredible group of companies in the green space!

Today, I am excited to celebrate the one-year anniversary of my Seeing Green Solutionist of the Day series! I set out a year ago with a simple but ambitious goal: spotlight brands that are bring real solutions to making sustainable living more accessible, more innovative and more human. Since then, the series has featured nearly 200 companies across sectors such as food, apparel, home, beauty, travel, mobility, pets, spirits (a crowd favorite) and more. Each Solutionist is pushing boundaries -- not just making better products but reshaping entire industries to be more climate-conscious, equitable, circular and future-ready. Why do I do it? Because I believe in the importance of lifting up those that are bringing the solutions. And as someone who’s spent a career at the intersection of sustainability, brand building and consumer behavior, I saw an opportunity to use my professional platform to help these brands be even more visible, whether with customers, investors, job-seekers or potential partners. These brands aren’t just inspiring -- they’re hiring. They’re fundraising. They’re ready to partner. And they need more eyes, more amplification and more connection to the ecosystems that can help them thrive (particularly in these challenging times). Over the past 12 months, these spotlights have generated hundreds of thousands of views across LinkedIn, my blog (seeinggreen.eco), Insta and BlueSky. But the numbers matter less than the ripple effect. When someone discovers a new product they now love, a company they now invest in or a founder they now follow, that’s the power of storytelling. And it’s what inspires me for the next years ahead. Stay tuned for upcoming news on this front! So here’s to one year of the Seeing Green Solutionist of the Day series. More importantly, here’s to these brands (and the entrepreneurs, the innovators, the risk-takers and the teams behind them) for all that you are doing to build a better, greener world for all of us.
