Jillian began her journey in 2008 in child protection after completing both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Work. Driven to deepen her impact, she went on to earn her master’s degree in 2013 and transitioned into a clinician role. Inspired by the strong, supportive leaders she encountered along the way, Jillian stepped into a team leadership role two years ago bringing with her a passion for mentorship and collaboration. Today, Jillian finds the most fulfillment in supporting frontline staff who dedicate so much to caring for children and families.
