  • CRAFTING the "Profile" / "Summary of Qualifications" section of your resume. That very first bullet point can make the difference between: 👀 "Wow... keep reading." or 😐 "Average... next resume." Think of it as your credentials' arsenal. The few lines that immediately tell recruiters and hiring managers: ✔ Who you are ✔ What you bring ✔ Why they should care If your opening doesn't command attention, the rest of your resume may never get the chance. This and many other resume-winning sections are already built into my 2026 ATS-Friendly Resume Template - along with hundreds of dollars worth of embedded coaching, examples, and guidance. Don't just download a template (link in comments). Build a resume that makes employers want to keep reading. #ResumeWriting #JobSearch #CareerCoaching #ResumeTips #Hiring

  • 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 "𝗙*** 𝗶𝘁" 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽! While I don't endorse profanity, here's why this works 😅 When you adopt a "F*** it" strategy throughout the interview you're relaxed, you're in playful mode, your true you shows ☀️ In other words, you're something called...AUTHENTIC. And THAT attracts employer. Remember the last time you didn't really care about a job? Or a company? After that interview, they came chasing you with an offer THAT is exactly what I am referring to. On the contrary, when you're attached to passing the interview... you're tight, cautious, stressed. That's what you pass to the interviewer. 🥺 These are BEINGs hardly anyone wants to hire. And despite thinking you aced it, you still get passed over. It wasn't about your credentials. It was about who showed up. Think about it. Every time you walked in not needing it? That's when they wanted you.

Olympic medalists have coaches. Business executives have coaches. Why would your job search be any different? How much longer do you want to keep pulling the rope by yourself? • 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟭𝟮-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗼𝗹𝗱. 𝗛i𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Seriously, stop with the big promises, the overly hype. The Lotto-ticket mentality. I know it's a bold take from someone with 25 years in technology. If anyone should be hyping AI, it's me. But here's why. Look at the screenshot I took this morning. iOS introduced a feature that identifies unknown callers. It labeled this one: **Robber*** Would I pick up? Obviously not. But here's the real question... Does the caller know how they're being seen? Absolutely not. AI is a tool, just like a knife. You can peel an orange with it. You can also do serious damage with it. The knife doesn't decide. You do. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆'𝘀 𝗔𝗜, 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗼...𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆. You only catch it when you're already an expert in what you're asking it to do. 𝗜𝗻 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗵𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀. AI writes your resume. Applies for you May polish your LinkedIn. But it cannot build your positioning, read a room, or negotiate your worth. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺. Success was never about the tools you have in hand. It's always been about how you use it. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝟳-𝗣𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝘇𝘇𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 7 strategies serious job seekers use to stand out, with or without the hype. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 "𝟳" 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜'𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆. #AI, #CareerStrategy, #JobSearch, #FutureOfWork, #B2Have

  • 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝘆 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. 𝗜𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴! 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀, 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 When asked "How is it going?" We say "fine" - rarely "Absolutely fantastic!" That "fine!"?? Has its payoffs... Honoring our comfort zone, maintaining full control, and protecting ourselves. These internal rewards? Can be so loud Loud enough to overlook the costs: stagnation, and missed opportunities. Being coachable get buried deep. It takes intention, effort, and humility It means being open to feedback, even when it’s uncomfortable. (And it's perfectly human, we all RESIST, including myself!) What if we could set "𝗜 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪" aside? To invite growth... 👉 Growth requires us to listen, even when we think we already know. 👉 Being coachable means recognizing your ways haven't produced results. Whose results are these?? These that 𝗬𝗢𝗨 have set - 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦. You allow others to contribute to you In the same way you contribute to others, in those areas you produce extraordinary results in. So ask yourself: Are you ready to drop the justifications, welcome feedback, and take your career to the next level? #Coachable #GrowthMindset #Leadership #careercoaching #jobsearchhelp

  • 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘁 𝗮 "𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵" 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁, 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘁 "𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆", 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆... A simple change of "context", could move mountains... Here we own our job search 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀, instead of giving in or maybe even giving up.. I remember a senior friend who got laid off during COVID. I said "And now what shall you do?" He said "What can I do! It is a pandemic" I said "Meaning what? When you go to a job board, it has no jobs posted??" ... I called him 3 weeks later for a check in. He said "I got a new job" !! Now, if the job market conditions are "extraordinary", is our job search equally "extraordinary"? (and why would "ordinary" work?) Signs of an "ordinary" job search: - Using the same resume for every job - Relying solely on job boards and an "easy apply" - No job hunt methodology/strategy/structured plan - Not tracking applications - Neglecting professional review for your resume and LinkedIn profile - Going it alone Signs of an "extraordinary" job search: - Start with an effective strategy, a structured methodology for the job search - Creating a compelling personal pitch - Unique resume and LinkedIn profile positioning - Networking strategically and effectively - Having an experienced coach (like CEO and Olympic-medalist athletes do) #jobsearch #careercoach #careeradvice #jobhunting #linkedin
