As we begin hiring for new roles at Dune, especially on the GTM team, I wanted to share insights into our hiring process to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone applying. 𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝑻𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒕𝒐 𝑯𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 Every application is carefully reviewed—your resume, LinkedIn profile, and any other resources you provide. With hundreds of applications per role, we’re proud to give every candidate a fair shot. This takes time, so thank you for your patience if we’re a bit behind. The bar to join Dune is high—even for a first-round interview—but that makes being part of our team so rewarding. 𝑯𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒆𝒅, 𝑩𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔 While I admire candidates eager to connect or request a "quick call," we’ve designed a process that ensures equal opportunities for everyone. Most roles involve 4–5 steps, during which you’ll meet at least four people—including someone from your future team and someone from another team. Timelines can vary, but we’re flexible and can move fast—we’ve hired people within a week! 𝑫𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒅𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒐𝒍𝒆: 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑩𝒍𝒖𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝑺𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔 Our job descriptions are intentional, not SEO fluff. Minimum requirements matter; while we value diverse backgrounds, your skills must align with the role. Even Michael Jordan couldn’t conquer baseball despite being a legendary athlete. 𝑪𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑭𝒊𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒆 Dune’s culture and rhythm are essential to how we operate. While we embrace remote work, your setup should be a consistent performance space. This is why we only hire candidates physically based in the US Eastern or Western Europe (GMT/GMT+1). For recruiters: we appreciate your interest in helping us find great talent.
