A lot of capable people think the hiring market is rejecting them. Sometimes that is true. But sometimes the real issue is that their profile is making their value harder to understand than it should. Recruiters do not start by looking for your full story. They start by looking for clarity. Can they quickly understand: what you do what you’ve done well where you fit If the answer is unclear, momentum drops early.
