A successful Go Live at Carrefour Belgium calls for a sweet celebration! 🧁 Last week, we went live with the 𝗖𝗕𝗖 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 — the very first step in the larger Real OneSite transformation at Carrefour. Until now, various systems operated on separate domains, including the Bonus Card. We’ve now successfully migrated it into the new 𝗣𝗪𝗔 (𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗯 𝗔𝗽𝗽) 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽, fully integrating the Bonus Card experience into www.carrefour.be. In the coming months, we’ll continue transitioning more components from the 𝗦𝗙𝗥𝗔 (𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲) setup to the new PWA platform — step by step moving toward one unified digital experience. What I noticed being 1,5 years in the role of Head Of Salesforce Marketing at FORWARD is that many Salesforce #customers actually have quite a few challenges understanding and using the technology. It also becomes clear that if they already have a partner, they actually experience them as a ticketing system, which therefore lacks #strategic #guidance. In extreme cases, they consider it a lock-in.
